Read MoreI can’t help but think about the boat waiting for us in St. Maartin. I’ve never been there. I’ve been near there, but near and there are two very different things. Ironically, I’m less concerned driving through a blizzard, under dressed, heading to NYC, than I am about getting on this boat. (Did I mention I’m wearing deck shoes and I didn’t bring a hat or gloves? It’s January. I’m pathetically sentimental. Not always a good idea.)
Read MoreNew Year's Day we held a Live Music Night at our apartment in NYC. Everyone comes and plays music: amateurs, professionals, kids, grandparents, talented, still learning. It's a great time. It was kind of a farewell to our friends and community here. Since we knew folks had lots of questions, I created a slide show that ran on loop on a couple screens so people could get the low-down.
